We currently supply many manufacturer of industrial trunnion/floatig ball valves and gate valves for special applications such as: high pressure, low/high temperature, corrosion resistant, cryogenic and subsea valves where requirement in terms of material and precision is not negotiable.

The list of components we are used to machine cover most of the BOM of a valve except for the ball and standard components:

• Body (2 pcs or 3 pcs)

• Bonnet / Closure

• Trunnion

• Seat ring and retainer

• Stem

• Bushing

• Gland flange

• Wedge
  

These components usually range from Carbon steel (A105, F11, F22, C22) to stainless steel, duplex or even super-alloys (Inconel, Monel, Hasteloy). Depending on size, thickness and requirement we can start from bar or forged parts.

On requirement we have also experience with welding overlay, a process that apply a protective layer of metal onto a (poor) base material to enhance its surface properties  This technique improves wear and corrosion resistance, increases hardness, and can restore worn parts. It is a cost-effective way to extend the life of a component by using an expensive, corrosion-resistant alloy (F6, Stellite, Inconel) as a protective surface layer on a less expensive base material.

After machining our lvl.2 ISO 9712 operator, can certify the quality of the surface through PT or MT testing according ASME V Art.6 or ISO 3452-1.
