CS - Stainless Steel Slat Spreader Roller

Our spiral spreader rollers are a rugged, compact and versatile solution to avoid the formation of wrinkles during the processing of web-like surfaces.

Made entirely of 304/316 stainless steel, they are practically maintenance-free and can work for long time even in aggressive environments.

The number of starts, the pitch of the coils and the geometry of the wire can be fully customized according to the Customer's needs. Available from Ø80 to Ø260, maximum usable length 3600 mm.

These features respect our tradition of simplicity and reliability and make our rollers suitable for most kind of machinery and fabric: from the most traditional to the most delicate without neglecting the technical fibers. Being compact and space-saving, the rollers can be installed easily.
The fixing pins consist of a double flange, one external and one internal (to ensure maximum stability) and can be customized according to the Customer's needs
